My name is Rowena.

I am a Counsellor, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.

I really love what I do, inspiring people!

Passionate about providing encouragement, knowledge and awareness through counselling, especially in areas of anxiety & depression and as an ADHD practitioner, knowledge, skills and awareness that surrounds and affects those who have ADHD, and

as a Hypnotherapist, behaviour change needs, i.e., smoking cessation, weight loss and help with motivation.
